I lived among the Amish for 46 years. There is no way in God’s country that an outsider could pull this off. Besides, the Amish do have computers, cell phones, email, drones, e-bikes, and on and on. Your vision of the Amish is old-school. If you had presented it as a joke, the idea would have worked. But being serious with the suggestion revealed your own naivete. Sorry.
